Psychoeducational Workshops

I offer engaging, context-sensitive workshops designed to deepen emotional literacy, self-awareness, and practical coping skills. These sessions explore a diverse range of mental health related themes - always tailored to the needs of the group. They can be created for schools, organisations, community groups, or private settings, and are shaped collaboratively to meet the unique goals, capacities, and cultural context of each group. Whether you are seeking a once-off session or a multi-part series, these workshops are meant to be meaningful and accessible.

If you're curious about how a workshop could support your team, school, or community, I'd love to hear from you.

I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, developmental, and identity-based concerns. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming - it's grounded in safety, collaboration, and meaning-making. I do not offer online therapy at this time, all sessions are in-person.

Alongside therapy, I use selected assessments and reflective tools as supportive resources that offer insight, language, and direction within the therapeutic process.
